The new generation of adjustable proportioning valves combines the latest refinements to deliver precise pressure metering and strength from a compact forged billet design. Pressure adjustments range from 150-1200 PSI and provide for a maximum decrease of 57% in line pressure, the most of any available valve. Adjuster knob with fine thread tuning provides precise pressure adjustment. Valves weigh only 5.2 ounces and have two .25” side mounting holes spaced 1.00” apart. Inlet / outlet ports are 1/8-27 NPT and valves are supplied with two 1/8-27 NPT to 3/8-24 inverted flare female fittings that will fit most domestic 3/16th hard brake lines.
Application
Racing brake systems
Using disc brake master cylinder with drum brakes
Long pedal travel will be experienced without use of this valve
Description
Hold 10 lb of line pressure at all times
Keeps wheel cylinder cups expanded and ready to move
For use in brake line supplying drum brakes
Should be mounted as close to the master cylinder as possible
Do not use in disc supply lines as brake drag will occur *
Drag Race Vehicles with Front and Rear Brakes
Commonly used in Funny Car & Pro Mod
