Wheelie Bars

Bear’s Sportsman Spring Loaded wheelie bar kit (60″) is perfect for lower HP applications. Upper spring loaded bars allows you to control the front end without unloading the chassis. Features 1 1/8″ 4130 tubing and includes tube adapters, rod ends, Poly wheels and 6061 spring loaded assembly. Wheel cage is welded to lower bar, some welding required.

Bear’s Sportsman Poly wheel is machined from lightwieght impact resistant material. Utilizes 2 precision sealed bearings to ensure smooth and low friction operation. Wheel tread is 1″ wide and hub is1 1/4″ wide. Sold individually.

Semi-finished kit utilizes all 4130 chrome moly tubing, upper and lower bars are 1 1/8″ x .058″. Bottom bar comes welded to cage assembly and includes enough tubing for widths up to 32″ and 60″ in length. Kit includes rod ends, tube adapters, Bear’s Sportsman Poly Wheel and moly quick release pin. Welding required.

This kit includes our Pro Stock wheel box (welded), tabs, gusset, pin and Bear’s Pro Poly wheel. Kits sold PER Wheel.

This kit gives the chassis builder everything needed except tubing. Kit includes welded wheel cage, gussets, pin tabs, Pro Poly Wheel, tube adapters for 1 1/4″ x .065″ 4130 and rod ends. Just supply your own tubing and save the added shipping costs.

Bear’s 70″ Pro Wheelie Bar Kit is perfect for higher horsepower applications. Upper & Lower bars are 1 1/4″ x .065″ 4130 and features 4130 double “X” bracing. Kit includes tube adapters, rod ends, quick release pins and our Pro Poly wheels. Wheel box is welded to lower bars and LH tube adapters installed on upper bars. 1 3/8″ upper bars are available, some welding required. Due to length this item is subject to additional handling charges.
